Position Overview:

We are seeking a curious & strategically-minded Analyst to join our Analytics this role you will play a critical role in helping shape business decisions by analyzing financial and operational data identifying trends and developing data-driven insights. You will partner with business leaders across the organization providing analytical expertise and recommendations to support growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying their analytical skills to complex business issues and will exercise judgment and creativity in developing solutions. After some time the Analyst will develop deep knowledge of Ceribells commercial and operational model as well as our data and data architecture and be able to inform stakeholders and audiences on most if not all topics relating to core business drivers.

What youll do:

Data Analysis

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends risks and opportunities across all areas of the business

  • Break down complex problems into clear data-driven insights that inform decision making. This may involve collaborating with different departments to synthesize broad sets of information into comprehensive analyses

  • Identify and quantify the financial impact of potential business decisions providing clear and concise recommendations to senior management

  • Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop insights that track progress against strategic goals highlighting areas of strength and weakness

Ad Hoc Analysis & Business Solutions

  • Respond to ad hoc requests for operational & financial analysis from business leaders providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making

  • Design and develop appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies given the question at hand and data available

  • Identify high-level strategic opportunities and risks providing data-driven solutions to optimize business performance and mitigate risks.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Effectively communicate complex analytics to both quantitative/finance and non-quantitative audiences through a variety of means including slide presentations written reports and spreadsheets

  • Prepare presentations and reports to summarize findings and recommendations for senior company leadership

  • Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on key initiatives

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Mathematics Economics Analytics Research Data Science Compute Science Engineering etc.)
  • 3-5 years of proven success as a data analyst in sales or other business-group facing analytics roles providing insights to support business decisions
  • Must possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with diverse data sources sizes and formats
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience querying data from relational databases using SQL
  • Technical competency to perform sophisticated exploratory analysis
  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present technical contents to general audiences
  • Willing and able to roll up the sleeves and work with competing deadlines
  • Thrives in a fast paced post-IPO growth environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or other cloud-based CRM systems
  • Strong capabilities with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Compensation Range

$98000 - $112000 USD

A candidates final salary offer will be based on their skills education work location and experience and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribells corporate compensation plan.
