About the role
In this role you will:
- Monitor real time data feeds and flag potential quality issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution
- Provide support for escalations related to data accuracy and timeliness under the direction from the regional SME
- Assist with identifying data quality issues and contribute suggestions to help prevent future errors
- Support root cause analysis activities by gathering and summarising data review by the SME.
- Generate reports on data quality issues and trends to support informed decision making
- Collaborate with the Aus East/ Corporate DMG team to ensure alignment with standard processes and expectations
About you
- Studies in Business Administration Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Engineering or a related field are preferred
- Previous experience in data entry administration or support role required
- Exposure to mining logistics engineering or operations environments preferred
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. sorting filters basic formulas)
- Comfortable learning and working within operational software platforms and data entry systems
- Experience supporting teams remotely or across multiple time zones preferred
