Position Summary

Join a collaborative team that bridges Business Development and Property Tax to uncover opportunities and deliver measurable tax savings for clients. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to build a foundation in property tax analysis real estate and data strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with regional tax experts to explore local market trends valuation challenges and client targeting strategies

  • Utilizejurisdictional websites andvariousdata platformstoconduct property researchandsupport strategic decision making

  • Transform raw tax and assessment data into structured actionable insights using Excel-based models

  • Support valuation reviewsandhelpidentifyproperties with potential tax overassessments

  • Deliver curated lead lists with clear business cases to drive outreach by Property Tax and Business Development teams



Education and Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelorsdegree desired; high school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in real estate valuation property tax or accounting preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with CoStar is a plus

  • Strong analytical research and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
