Job Summary
工作职责
1. 负责该地区高水平的客户满意度积极与客户合作寻找与客户双赢的方法
2. 确保客户的问题得到及时的回答并给予适当的关注确保投诉得到准确及时的解决(与通力团队的其他成员一起)
3. 确保工地主管/维保员工和分包商得到正确的安全指导
4. 负责该地区的维保质量确保保养服务能够保质保量完成确保招修的及时性及真实性并控制在合理范围
5. 根据公司的要求保质保量完成安全质量检查并持续改善工地安全质量
6. 负责从安装到维保的交接运行有序
7. 根据负责地区的特点持续改进工作流程
8. 负责控制现场运营成本和CMII
9. 负责该地区维修服务和收款
10. 确保现有维保业务持续有效运作配合服务销售团队完成项目的转续签夺回业务确保梯台量有效增长
11. 负责组织搭建和领导该地区的维保团队确保绩效目标的达成
12. 负责选拔和储备人才培养人员确保他们的动机持续发展实现目标
任职要求
助理维保工地经理
1. 至少大专本科优先
2. 相关管理工作经验4年以上或通力安装/维保管理经验2年以上
3. 台量3800
维保工地经理
1. 至少大专本科优先
2. 相关管理工作经验4年以上或通力安装/维保管理经验2年以上
3. 台量5000
