Reporting into the General Manager this is a senior leadership role pivotal to driving revenue growth and positioning QT Auckland as the market leader in lifestyle Director of Sales youll shape and execute a dynamic sales strategy inspire a high-performing team and collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional results. This is an opportunity to join an iconic brand within EVT where innovation empowerment and connection are at the heart of everything we Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow market share and deliver revenue targets across all segments. Lead coach and mentor the sales team fostering a culture of performance collaboration and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong client relationships leveraging networks to secure new business and grow existing accounts. Collaborate with Marketing Revenue and National Sales teams to create integrated campaigns and packages that drive demand. Monitor market trends and competitor activity adapting strategies to stay ahead and maximize opportunities. Oversee key accounts and high-value negotiations ensuring alignment with hotel and group objectives. Manage reporting and forecasting providing accurate insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Champion innovation and vertical selling promoting the broader EVT portfolio to enhance revenue Were Looking For Proven experience in senior sales leadership within hospitality (Essential). Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable results. Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue management principles. A motivational leader who inspires teams and drives high performance.
