Givens Choice is looking for an experienced Membership Development Representative who will be responsible for driving membership growth and relationships with community this role you will be an ambassador for Givens Choice and will utilize strategic communication outreach and education efforts to effectively promote the program and engage with prospective members.

What youll do:

  • Meet and/or communicate regularly with the Executive Director regarding expectations and sales goals.
  • Actively participate in and lead informational seminars for prospective members.
  • Schedule and conduct membership education meetings with consumers.
  • Manage the sales process to complete sales including scheduling appointments introducing the plan completing appropriate follow-up addressing any questions and/or objections guiding the application process and contract signing.
  • Represent Givens Choice and the Givens organization at professional meetings networking opportunities community organization meetings and events etc. With referral sources and consumer organizations.
  • Understand and communicate the Member Service Agreement and policies of Givens Choice to prospective members.
  • Maintain detailed records of all Sales and referral source activity within the CRM system. Compile weekly and monthly reports upon request.

What youll need:

  • 3 years of experience working with older adults in a healthcare environment.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Valid Drivers License.

Compensation: $70000 - $75000
