Test Engineer

Kadiak LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Test Engineer with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Test Engineer will analyze business requirement to develop and execute manual and automation test cases and validate the functionalities code quality and report test results; Will provide functional and automation testing of features and capabilities of system applicationsEssential Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Analyze requirements and design test plans to prioritize test activities for each as subject matter specialist and provide testing knowledge for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware implement and report status for system test maintain and execute manual and automated test and document test results and recommend user story validation after deployment dry new functionality and regression testing throughout the sprint cycle including load proposed system architecture and run test procedures to ensure that the user stories are with other Test Engineer contract staff related to cross-training and knowledge sharing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding the organizations testing software and methodologies and provide recommendations to the government related to production implementation strategies advanced troubleshooting techniques and root cause with management and IT counterparts to define refine and maintain IT testing strategies ensuring strategies are aligned to the goals of the Agile-Scrum development develop and maintain automated and manual testing methods to confirm operational software is defect-free and design objectives are recommend and implement automated test tools and automated testing tools the government requests including but not limited to JIRA QuickTest Professional LoadRunner Selenium Tool maintain and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application :Shall have four years of relevant experience in software be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change be able to demonstrate expertise in information system design including application programming on large-scale database management services and the development of complex software to satisfy design security clearance requiredEducation:Bachelors degree in related fieldOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
