Job Summary
Tech-savvy patient and great with people CRD Careers is placing a Help Desk Technician in Central Bergen County NJ a solid opportunity for someone who genuinely likes solving problems and helping users.
What youll do:
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Log and manage tickets through a help desk system
- Escalate complex issues and document resolutions
Qualifications :
What you bring:
- 2 years of help desk or IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 and common business apps
- CompTIA A or similar certification preferred
- Calm under pressure great communicator

Compensation: $75000$95000 Hybrid Bergen County NJ
