You will report to the General manager of your respective dealership.
This is not a remote position.

- A high energy dynamic leader with previous experience as a service and parts director.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 5 years of progressive dealership operations experience preferably working as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director. Service Advisor experience is a plus.
- Fluency in CDK ability to write op codes electronic multi-point utilization and a proven track record of delivering CSI ahead of OEM benchmarks.
- Understanding of dispatch processes electronic MPI tools declined services and DMS reporting.
- Understanding of OEM warranty claim requirements and manufacture KPIs.
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others.
- Excellent verbal non-verbal and written communication skills when working with customers team members and automotive colleagues.
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude with eagerness to improve.
- Proficient computer skills such as CDK Microsoft Office etc.
- Professional appearance demeanor and work ethic.
- Knowledge of X-Time.
