In this role you will impact the success of our aerospace engineering teams by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance ultimately enhancing the customer experience and driving innovation in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities- Lead and oversee capital engineering test stand projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Lead and manage the execution of capital projects for test stand and facility development for aerospace products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define test requirements and specifications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced engineers within group to develop strong skills and continued growth
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Aerospace engineering or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in test engineering within the aerospace industry or other related field.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools specific to aerospace products.
- Experience with management of capital projects
- Experience in test facility setup and correlation testing with production assets.
- Strong program management skills including IMS development TINA complaint BOEs and budget management.
