Our client is seeking an experienced and committed Site Manager to oversee the facilities and operations of a well-regarded secondary school in Luton.

This is a key leadership role within the schools support staff structure responsible for site safety maintenance contractor management and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Manager or senior caretaker (school experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance and site security
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Ability to lead and manage site staff
Strong organisational and communication skills
Right to work in the UK
