Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Site Manager to join a successful secondary school in Watford supporting the strategic and operational management of the school site.

The successful candidate will ensure the school site is safe compliant and well-presented working closely with senior leaders and external contractors.

Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in a Site Manager or facilities role
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Experience managing maintenance schedules and contractors
Ability to work flexibly to meet site needs
Strong organisational skills
