The Role

You will have end-to-end responsibility for the admissions process ensuring a professional welcoming and well-managed experience for prospective families from first enquiry through to enrolment. Working closely with the Head senior leadership team and marketing colleagues you will shape admissions strategy while maintaining strong operational delivery.

• Leading and managing the admissions process across all entry points

• Developing and implementing admissions and pupil recruitment strategy

• Managing enquiries visits assessments offers and enrolments

• Acting as a key ambassador for the school with prospective families

• Monitoring data conversion rates and pipeline reporting

• Working closely with marketing on outreach messaging and positioning

• Managing admissions systems records and compliance

• Line-managing admissions staff where applicable
