Were seeking an experienced client-focused Account Manager to join a dynamic sales team in Solihull. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a portfolio of clients driving retention and growth and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Your role as an B2B Sales Account Manager

  • Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts build trusted relationships and act as the main point of contact.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities develop commercial strategies to increase client value.

  • Deliver exceptional account management ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Coordinate internally work with product operations and delivery teams to fulfil client requirements.

  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations protect and grow recurring revenue.

  • Use CRM to manage activity maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline.

What an Account Manager looks like

  • Proven account management experience typically 2 years in a B2B sales or account role.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercially minded able to spot and act on growth opportunities.

  • Organised and proactive strong planning and time-management skills.

  • Confident negotiator comfortable managing renewals and contract discussions.

  • Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with reporting KPIs.
