Responsibility
Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience in the region
Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction
Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs anticipate talents needs and fill key roles
Requirements
National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
HR or Psychology related Degree preferable
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition either agency or in-house
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on and a positive attitude
Team player with a high level of energy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Emotional intelligence and Assertive
