About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical Recruiter) you will be part of our HR Core Deliveries team. You will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to bring in the talent that powers Demants innovation and growth.
This role gives you the opportunity to:
- Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders
- Drive impactful hiring strategies
- Own endtoend recruitment for technical and experienced roles
- Shape the candidate experience across multiple teams and countries
What You Will Do:
Lead fullcycle recruitment across business units
Develop sourcing strategies and provide market insights
Drive talent pipelining and recruitment campaigns
Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive improvements
Support digital HR initiatives and process enhancements
Take the lead on special projects when needed
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
5 years in recruitment / TA withstrong technical hiring experience
Ability to design and implement strategic resourcing solutions
Confidence working with senior management and key stakeholders
Analytical resourceful and detailoriented mindset
Strong communication and project management skills
Handson experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter ATS Boolean search etc.)
