We are looking for a Property & Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Job Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain a complete record of the Groups facilities (head offices rental/sales branches warehouses etc.).
Oversee urban planning and zoning compliance of facilities with applicable regulations in cooperation with external consultants.
Supervise and ensure that facilities comply with all required operating licenses in cooperation with external partners.
Obtain quotations from suppliers/partners and manage related contracts.
Assign projects to external contractors and monitor their execution.
Monitor and supervise the operation of building systems.
Implement and monitor Health Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
Supervise and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular facility inspections.
Participate in the real estate valuation team.
Job Requirements:
The job holder needs to meet the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute).
35 years of professional experience either in a property/facility management company (with emphasis on hard services/renovations) as a construction coordinator in a construction company or in a similar in-house role within another organization.
Excellent organizational and planning skills (especially in MS Excel).
Project management skills.
Proactive personality with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-site and travel for business purposes within Greece.
Willingness to assume increased responsibilities in the future.
