Laundry Supervisor (Season 2026)
At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest experience is thoughtfully crafted and every team member plays a key role in delivering exceptional service. As a Laundry Supervisor you will play a key role in the daily organization and smooth operation of the Laundry department ensuring the efficient handling and timely distribution of linens uniforms and guest items in line with the high standards that define the Luxury Collection brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the laundry department ensuring an efficient workflow
- Guide train and support team members in accordance with hotel procedures and operational standards
- Ensure that linens uniforms and guest items consistently meet hygiene and quality standards
- Monitor work schedules productivity and team performance to maintain operational excellence
- Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of laundry equipment reporting technical issues when required
- Manage inventory levels of detergents and consumables ensuring availability and proper resource utilization
- Maintain accurate records related to uniforms inventory and maintenance activities to support effective resource management
- Implement hygiene safety and operational procedures ensuring a safe working environment
