Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Finance & Admin Support professional based in the Philippines to assist with day-to-day finance operations and provide support for people operations and administrative initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a finance background who can manage invoicing reconciliations and travel planning while also supporting HR-related tasks such as onboarding PTO administration offsites employee recognition and annual reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Support
Assist with B2B invoicing vendor payments and expense reporting
Support sales tax calculations and account reconciliations with vendors internal systems etc
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
Plan and coordinate all company travel including conferences and offsites
Support ad hoc finance tasks as needed

Administrative / People Ops Support
Administer PTO sick leave and other leave requests
Support new employee onboarding including access permissions and setup
Support offboarding of employees and contractors including revoking access permissions and handling return of company materials and equipment
Coordinate employee birthdays anniversaries and other recognition initiatives
Manage year-end gifts and other team appreciation programs
Plan and execute offsite events and team gatherings (including travel planning for offsite events and conferences)
Assist with annual 360 performance review processes
Support general HR and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
13 years of experience in finance accounting or administrative support
Comfortable assisting with light HR/people operations tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Slack Google Spreadsheet Slides Forms and Google Workspace; familiarity with accounting software (Xero) is a plus
Must be based in the Philippines and able to work US Central Time (CST) hours

Preferred Skills:
Experience coordinating travel conferences and offsite events
Exposure to employee engagement programs or HR processes
Ability to balance multiple priorities across finance and people operations
