Our process starts from conceptualization and design leading to manufacturing and distribution.

What we are looking for:
Were looking for our next Purchasing Manager! If youre a strategic thinker with strong supplier management skills experience in procurement and fluency in English this role is perfect for you. As a Purchasing Manager youll be responsible for driving the companys procurement strategy ensuring smooth supply chain operations and optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers negotiate contracts and drive continuous improvement.
Manage purchase orders inventory levels and supplier deliveries to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
Analyze and optimize the supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee ERP (Dynamics) system data (e.g. BOMs supplier references) and ensure accuracy in procurement processes.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering production accounting) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Manage international purchase documentation compliance and import/export-related incidents.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers negotiate terms and develop the supplier portfolio.

Requirements:

Advanced English proficiency both spoken and written.
3 years of experience in procurement supply chain management or related fields.
Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise.
Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics NAV) and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to manage international suppliers and documentation.

Nice to have:

Experience in the electric mobility or renewable energy sector.
Certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g. CIPS CPSM).
