What youll be doing:
As an Electrical Superintendent youll take ownership of field operations and lead projects to successful completion by:
- Leading and coordinating all on-site electrical field and shop operations
- Ensuring work is completedsafely on time within scope and within budget
- Managing field crews subcontractors and specialty crews across multiple projects
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers Operations and General Contractors
- Driving daily and weekly work plans and maintaining CPMI
- Monitoring productivity quality performance and schedule adherence
- Managing tools materials equipment and workforce planning
- Coordinating permits inspections and jurisdictional requirements
- Supporting change orders scheduling input and customer satisfaction
- Mentoring training and developing field personnel
- Supporting labor coordination workforce tracking and project staffing decisions
Youll be the go-to leader in the field solving problems in real time and setting the standard for execution.
What were looking for:
- 15 years of electrical field experiencewith deep technical expertise
- Proven experience leading commercial electrical construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage autonomous teams
- Excellent communication negotiation and coaching abilities
- Ability to make independent decisions and guide complex work programs
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
