The field service technician performs different types of support at the customers location such as troubleshooting setup and installation of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot & Repair:Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial settings ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Install & Maintain:Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Customer Interaction:Provide exceptional customer service educating clients on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of service calls training and expenses.

Qualifications

Experience:Demonstrated experience in electrical installation maintenance and troubleshooting in commercial environments.
Skills:Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Communication:Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending kneeling and standing for prolonged periods.
Background Check:Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
