Job Summary

OVERVIEW:

Were looking for a Social Channels Manager for a12m FTC whos confident leading a team making clear decisions and keeping work moving at pace. Youll play a key role in shaping and delivering global social campaigns across all platforms working closely with brand creative and channel partners to make sure everything lands with the energy and consistency Gymshark is known for.

Were looking for someone who can blend creativity strategic thinking and commercial awareness. Youll have a genuine passion and understanding of social platforms culture and how audiences behave.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

Lead global social campaigns across major moments (product drops store openings events and anything else that needs social buzz)
Work closely with Creative Brand Media and CRM teams to ensure our social presence is consistent high-quality and always on-brand.
Shape and execute social strategy to drive engagement awareness and performance against KPIs.
Manage develop and support the Social Channels team offering guidance feedback and growth opportunities.
Oversee campaign planning timelines approvals and budgets.
Stay on top of platform trends audience behaviour and competitor activity and use those insights to inform our approach.
Maintain quality control and ensure brand safety and risk processes are followed.
Keep communication clear across teams so everyone is aligned and understands priorities.
Help educate the wider business on best practice and how to use social effectively.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

3 years managing social channels at a senior level
Direct line management experience
Experience delivering KPIdriven campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube Pinterest Snapchat) and managing multiple workstreams in fastpaced environments.
Skilled in campaign planning execution optimisation reporting and brand storytelling including coordinating regional priorities.
Commercially aware confident communicator and effective stakeholder manager across teams and senior leaders.
Creative solutionsfocused agile collaborative and commercially pragmatic.

This position can be offered on a 4day or 5day per week contract. The successful candidate will be required to attend our GSIQ offices in Solihull two days each week.
