Key job responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain.
- Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes track impact.
- Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics processes SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses
- Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses
- 5 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelors degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering
- Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
- Experience in Excel (including VBA pivot tables array functions power pivots etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
