What Youll Do

Take ownership of a varied civil litigation caseload emphasizing construction general liability and insurance defense
Manage discovery depositions motion practice hearings mediations and trial preparation
Draft pleadings briefs discovery responses and settlement documents
Provide strategic guidance on litigation posture contractual issues and risk management
Contribute to transactional work involving construction and real estate matters
Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators in a team-first environment
