Job Summary
- Independent Contractor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional seeking steady year-round work. Youll partner with a well-established Restoration Company in the construction division that values craftsmanship integrity and reliability.
- Perform high-quality finish and rough carpentry drywall repair painting and trim work following restoration projects
- Restore properties to pre-loss condition after water fire or mold damage
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Communicate effectively with project managers and field supervisors
- Follow all safety standards and job site protocols
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Proven experience as a painter carpenter or multi-skilled tradesperson
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects
- Reliable transportation tools and equipment
- Valid drivers license and insurance
- Professional demeanor when working in occupied homes and businesses
- Restoration experience is a plus but not required
- Trim Carpentry & Finish Work
- Framing
- Drywall (Hanging & Taping)
- Cabinet Installation
- Door & Window Installation
- Tile & Flooring
- Siding & Roofing
