TB HIV Care (THC) in existence since 1929 is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB including adolescent girls and young women sex workers and people who use drugs. Purpose of the position:

Responsible for overseeing and providing data driven performance reporting that will direct and enhance the work undertaken by frontline staff at selected sites ensuring optimal use of available resources and an improvement in the HIV program performance. Responsible for setting up the necessary ICT infrastructure for this project so that the data management and performance reporting remains secure. To assess the situation design and deploy the performance reporting mechanisms build the team and get organisational adoption at selected sites.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related quantitative field
A minimum of 4-5 years working experience across multiple sectors
Experience in the health sector overseeing and managing relevant projects
Local knowledge and experience of Eastern Cape context is advantageous
Working knowledge of South African data protection legislation including POPIA
Clear criminal record
