Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and identify trends using tools such as LogicMonitor Moogsoft and SolarWinds.
Respond to alerts and alarms troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
Create and manage tickets in service management applications; monitor ticket queues.
Collaborate with ISD teams and vendors to resolve outages or degraded performance.
Contact global vendors and service providers for joint troubleshooting efforts.
Update and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Perform preventive maintenance and configuration on network equipment (switches routers firewalls).
Execute additional tasks as assigned based on operational needs.
