Job Summary

Should have working knowledge in Service Now in Development for at least 3-4 years
2. Experience in Catalog development in Service Portal
3. Hands on experience in designing and developing various integrates with Service Now
4. Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API
5. More than 3 years of experience in Java scripting. Should have been involved in at least one projectapplication rollout and transitionsupport and platform upgrade
6. Experience working in Service Now Eureka Geneva Istanbul and Kingston versions
7. ITIL V2V3 Certification
8. Experience in Service-Now as a System Administrator or Architect or ProgrammerAnalyst.
9. Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script XML HTML AJAX CSS HTTP)
10. Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
11. Ability to perform configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications eg. Service Catalog Incident
