Applicants should possess a Bachelors degree with formal secretarial training and at least 2 years secretarial or administrative experience. Applicants should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality good organizational communication and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in PC applications including MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude and work ethic the ability to multi-task work independently and under pressure and be self-motivated.
