Outlook has been providing services for people with a disability for 50 years as well as operating as a leading Social Enterprise that has been working in the waste management industry for over 20 years.

As a social enterprise much of our work is funded by the success of our commercial division. This allows us to further invest in the people we support. We have a diverse workforce including people with disabilities and from various cultures.

About the job

We are seeking environmentally and inclusivity focused motivated people to join our diverse team to work in a variety of both indoor and outdoor tasks which includes but not limited to:

Customer service

Processing customer transactions

Assessing items dropped off

About You

Forklift Licence and experience desirable

A friendly personality with a can do attitude

Excellent customer service skills

To be reliable punctual and willing to work hard

To adhere to safe work practices and take direction

Ability to work in a team environment or at times work unsupervised

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Able to work a rotating roster

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check as well as a pre-employment medical and drug test. Random drug and alcohol testing may occur on site once employed.
