Job Summary
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our team at our Franciscan WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED:
Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience preferred but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workmans compensation injuries Department of Transportation physicals musculoskeletal injuries and other work-related injuries or services.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Practice Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
- Flexible provider schedule; No weekends or holidays
- Provide virtual support to outreach locations in Western and Central Indiana
- Average outpatient volume: 30-45 patients per day
- On-site training required in Indianapolis for up to 4 weeks; Mileage will be reimbursed
- Common Diagnoses:
- Exposures
- Lacerations
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Pre-employment DOT and Non-DOT physicals
- Sprain and Strains

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree - Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) Required - or
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
