What Youll Do
- Provide Skilled OT Care: Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs) instrumental ADLs and home safety.
- Develop Adaptive Strategies: Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation use of adaptive equipment and functional strengthening for daily tasks.
- Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.
- Collaborate for Coordinated Care: Work with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patients plan of care.
- Document Efficiently:Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!)
What You Need
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Drivers license and auto insurance
- Physical TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
