Job Summary

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  2. Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues with first-call resolution mindset
  3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  4. Follow communication scripts and protocols while handling different topics
  5. Identify and escalate priority issues to senior team members when necessary
  6. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
  7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
  8. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience


Requirements

Essential:
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to work night shifts consistently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in international BPO or customer service role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality standards
  • Flexibility to work rotational weekly offs
