We are looking for a dedicated Service Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction managing service technicians and ensuring all repairs and services are completed efficiently and safely.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:Hire train and coach service technicians and advisors to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operational Oversight:Manage the daily service schedule and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.
- Customer Relations:Resolve complex customer concerns and provide solution-oriented support to ensure a premium experience.
- Quality Control:Audit service procedures and workmanship to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
- Financial Management: Responsible for department budgets expenses and financial performance metrics.
Qualifications
Required:
- 35 years of experience in service management or a related supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a can-do positive and solutions oriented attitude.
- Track record of successfully achieving above average industry KPIs.
- Proficiency in DMS software (e.g. CDK) and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Journeyman Automotive Technician.
