Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree with a minimum of one years relevant work experience in administration events coordination or marketing assistance; two years or more would be an advantage. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua required; Cantonese an advantage) strong organisational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office preferably in PowerPoint creation and layout/design. Knowledge of the Chinese Mainland higher education market or related experience will be an advantage.
The appointee will provide administrative and event coordination support for marketing and admissions outreach activities in the Chinese Mainland including arranging duty trips and admissions events preparing presentation materials liaising with internal and external parties managing participant information and assisting in large-scale events such as partner conferences and summer programmes. The appointee will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus and may be required to travel and work outside normal office hours during peak admissions periods.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
