Berry Street Yooralla is seeking a visionary Executive Director Quality Practice and Safeguarding to shape how we deliver safe high-quality services across a complex and evolving social services system. This is a rare opportunity to join our Executive Leadership Team and influence strategy governance and culture to ensure the safety and human rights of children adults victim-survivors of family violence and people with disability.
As Executive Director you will:
Youre a proven executive leader with deep expertise in quality safeguarding and risk across complex service systems. With a strategic mindset you engage confidently at board level and build strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
You lead organisational learning and change while championing cultural safety inclusion and human rightscreating fair equitable and safe environments where every improvement and compliance framework reflects the diverse needs of the communities we serve.
