Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in supporting and coordinating various projects across different departments. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in project management
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in the planning and coordination of projects
- Maintain project documentation including schedules and status reports
- Communicate with team members to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines
- Organize and schedule project meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines
- Support resource allocation by tracking project resources and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
