Job Summary

General Description: The Project Manager is responsible for leading financial and cross-functional projects that support strategic business objectives. This role manages project planning budgeting forecasting financial reporting process improvements and system implementations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

- Starting compensation is based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

Manage end-to-end finance projects including budgeting forecasting financial reporting enhancements and cost optimization initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets resource allocations and risk mitigation strategies.
Partner with Finance Accounting FP&A IT and business stakeholders to align project goals with organizational strategy.
Monitor project performance track KPIs and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

Work Experience Requirements:

3 years of experience in finance accounting or financial project management.
Strong knowledge of budgeting forecasting financial modeling and reporting processes.
Experience with ERP and financial systems implementations.
PMP certification or similar project management credential preferred.
Leading financial and cross-functional projects that support strategic business objectives. This role manages project planning budgeting forecasting financial reporting process improvements and system implementations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery: 3 years (Preferred)

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field (MBA preferred).

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $71000-$76000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills experience and qualifications.
