We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to provide short-term operational and administrative support to our Talent Acquisition team during a defined period of increased hiring activity.
This role provides essential coordination and administrative support across the recruitment process ensuring timely interview scheduling consistent candidate communication and accurate ATS maintenance.
This is a short-term coordination-focused assignment designed to support recruiting operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews including virtual and onsite interviews across multiple hiring stakeholders
Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics confirmations follow-ups and status updates
Maintain accurate and timely updates within the ATS (UKG) including candidate status changes and dispositioning
Support structured early-stage candidate screening based on predefined criteria and screening questions
Track recruiting activity to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and operational tasks to maintain recruiting workflows and timelines including offer letters and pre-employment contingency process
Ensure a professional consistent candidate experience throughout early stages of the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 yrs. previous experience in a Recruitment support or HR support role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Demonstrated experience supporting a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System; UKG experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
This is a temporary role.
- Assignment duration: 3 months
Salary Range: $26.50-$28.00 hourly.
