Overview
The Executive Director of the Jewish Home of CNY Foundation is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding the organizations mission growth and operational excellence. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in management strategic planning and senior leadership to oversee fundraising community engagement and program development. The Executive Director will serve as the primary representative of the Foundation fostering relationships with stakeholders donors and community partners to advance its mission and ensure sustainable success.

- Charitable Giving Policies
- Capital Capital Campaign Strategy
- Strategic Planning
- Annual Giving Initiatives
- Grants Management
- Grant Development and Opportunity Evaluations
- Endowment Growth
- Board Development
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or CFRE certification preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in fundraising nonprofit development or related field
- Demonstrated success in planned giving capital capital campaigns and grant writing
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage donors board members and community partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with donor database systems and fundraising software.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Menorah Park of CNY and the Jewish community
Hours:Monday - Friday. Weekends and nights as needed.
