Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Kore AI Solution Architect
As a Developer at Genpact you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants powered by . You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement conversational solutions that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
Solutioning and implementation experience of medium to large projects on the platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using platform.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.
Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Ensure the performance security and scalability of solutions.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI.
Proven experience as a Developer or similar role.
Solid understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or .
Experience in integrating chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Integration experience in WebServices using REST SOAP.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
certification is a plus.
Experience with other conversational AI platforms is a bonus.
Strong application development experience ideally with any of the following: Java Java Script etc.
Knowledge along with AI NLP ML Chat bots implementation experience
Experience in WebServices using REST SOAP.
UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Python / React. JS/Node JS
Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
Exposure to NLP & ML
Knowledge on various Auth process Node JS is an added advantage
