Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Response Cloud / Oracle Service Cloud Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support on a part-time freelance basis. The role involves handling production issues system configurations and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the service cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Service Cloud (Response Cloud / RightNow)

Handle incident management service requests and issue resolution
-
Monitor SLAs and ensure timely case closure
-
Configure and maintain workflows business rules queues and profiles
-
Manage knowledge base articles and content updates
-
Support email response management and customer interactions
-
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with stakeholders

Prepare basic reports and dashboards as required

Assist with minor enhancements and system optimizations
Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Response Cloud / Oracle Service Cloud

Experience in application support and production environments

Knowledge of incident management case lifecycle and SLA tracking

Familiarity with knowledge management and customer self-service portals

Understanding of integrations reports and analytics

Good communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
