Strategic Sales Manager Belux (m/f) - Fulltime (40h)
HUGO BOSS Benelux B.V. Amsterdam Netherlands Full-time

As the Strategic Sales Manager Belux you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening partnerships across the Belgium and Luxembourg (Belux) region. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with franchise knowledge experience in Key Account Management and a strong sales-oriented mindset. You willbe responsible formanaging key accounts supporting franchise operations and implementing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

This roleprovidesan exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of HUGO BOSS in the Belux market while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.

What you can expect:

Sales strategy and execution

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies tailored to the Belux market ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Identifynew business opportunities and actively work to grow sales across wholesale franchise and retail channels.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

Key account management

  • Manage relationships with key accounts acting as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that drive mutual growth and profitability.

  • Work with key accounts tooptimizeproduct assortments improve sell-through and enhance overall performance.

Franchise support

  • Provide operational and sales support to franchise partners ensuring adherence to HUGO BOSS brand standards.

  • Collaborate with franchise partners toidentifygrowth opportunities and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

  • Conduct regular reviews with franchise partners to assess progress and address challenges.

Sales-driven approach

  • Promote a sales-focused mindset within the team inspiring others to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Analyzesales data and market trends toidentifyopportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Implement promotional activities and initiatives to drive traffic and revenue.

Market insights and reporting

  • Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer preferences tomaintaina competitive edge.

  • Conduct regular market visits to assess store and partner performance gather feedback andidentifyareas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration and teamwork

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing merchandising and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the region to share best practices and drive collective success.

  • Act as a mentor to junior team members supporting their development and growth.

Your profile:

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales with a focus on Key Account Management and/or franchise operations.

  • Proven success in driving sales growth and managing client relationships ideally within the fashion retail or luxury industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen with a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Sales Marketing or a related field.

  • Languages:

  • Fluency inFrenchand English is highly desirable Dutch is a pre with strong verbal and written communication skills.
