Job Summary
- Provide pre-deal support credit insights and manage full credit execution

In the role ofSenior Associate you will join the Growth & Originationthatsdoubling down oncustomer obsession and moving with speed.
Each dayyoullgoabove and beyondto:
- Conduct financial and credit risk assessments to support the preparation of new credit proposals.
- Contribute to credit discussions and provide assistance to Associate Directors/Directors in Business Development.
- Attend client meetings when required to help achieve business objectives and carry out research to build sector knowledge and stay informed on market trends.
- Maintain uptodate understanding of NABs credit policies credit and market risk frameworks and overall risk appetite.

- Develop strong client relationships and provide solutions that put customer needs at the forefront.
- Make valuable contributions to transaction delivery and consistently produce highquality credit submissions.
- Actively manage risk by meeting all policy and compliance obligations following relevant processes and procedures and escalating any issues incidents or breaches as they arise.
- Strong capability in numerical work and financial analysis.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on customer needs and compliance.
- Solid understanding of debt products and financial markets.
- Good awareness of key macroeconomic risks and a strong grasp of the regulatory environment.
- Sound knowledge of risk management principles.
