We offer a range of finance solutions including white label joint venture arrangements and floor plan finance. Our proprietary loan origination system supports our dealers and distributors to facilitate seamless convenient and customer focused finance solutions for consumers and businesses.

Due to continued growth of our business we have an exciting new opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our highly motivated Sales team!

The Relationship Manager is responsible for business development activities across an allocated portfolio of introducers and a prescribed territory. The role will be required to work closely with both retail and wholesale teams within dealerships and in some instances the RM may be additionally required to support in managing a specific brand/OEM relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Hitting regional sales targets and objectives through promotion of Allied Credit products through the dealer network.
  • Training and assistance for key Sales and Finance staff within your allocated portfolio in selling our finance products and education on the advantages of finance to their business.
  • Monitoring all dealer performance activities and prepare individual dealer strategies.
  • Maintaining a structured call program within the business categorisation framework.
  • Assisting management in product development dealer incentives and promotional activities.
  • Maintaining knowledge of other divisional activities and dealers and competitor activities programs rates and commissions.
  • Providing input to management and marketing teams on dealer manufacturer and product marketing.
  • Contributing proactively to Dealer reporting and database management.

Your background

  • Strong B2B relationship and networking skills with a results-driven attitude.
  • Previous experience within the Financial Services ideally Auto Finance industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Self-motivated individual with sound problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Dynamic self-starter who can adapt to competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A strong customer focus to influence the delivery of strategic outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A full drivers license with the capacity for extensive travel and infrequent overnight trips.
