What Youll Do:
Inspire Your Team:Coach and support branch staff to deliver friendly knowledgeable service and meet performance goals.
Grow the Business:Build relationships with local businesses and community members to expand our reach and impact.
Keep Things Running Smoothly:Oversee daily operations ensure compliance and maintain a secure welcoming environment.
Be a Resource:Help members and staff navigate financial products solve problems and make confident decisions.
Represent UTFCU:Be a visible positive presence in the community-attend events network and promote our mission.
What You Bring:
A passion for leadership and helping others succeed.
Experience in banking lending or financial services.
Strong communication skills and a member-first mindset.
Comfort with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to grow personally and professionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
35 years of leadership experience in a financial setting.
Proven ability to lead teams manage operations and drive results.
