Job Summary
The Cycle Counter is an essential position in ensuring that the inventory needs of operations are met and that inventory records are ensure the accuracy of the perpetual inventory at all times by researching inventory variances maintaining the integrity of product storage locations and monitoring material movement transactions.
Essential Functions

- Performand publishdaily cycle countsin the warehouse and on the production floor.
- Researchand reportinventory discrepancies.
- Perform all product storage labeling and identification where material isstored(a place for everything and a label for every place).
- VerifyInventory on stockouts and shortages.
- Assist the receiving clerk with daily inventory put away as available and as needed.
- Maintain and improverelations with warehouse personnel tooptimizethe movement of materials throughout thewarehouse (s)and production material movements and report performance.
- Assistthe Procurement department inmaintainingand improving all inventory replenishment systemsalongwith annual returns stock checks and adjustments.
- Serve as backuptopickers on discrepancy issues that are not easily resolved.
- UpholdsHyspecoSafety and Personnel Policies.
- Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined inHyspecosquality procedures/processes.

Qualifications to perform this job successfully an individual must:
a valid drivers license at all times.
forklift experience.
able to lift 50 lbs.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- Physical inventory and cycle counting experience
- Some experience in Exceland a respective ERP system preferred
- Ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- A valid drivers license and a good driving record.
