Job Summary
We are looking for UI Lead with strong experience in and React to build high-quality web applications. The role involves leading frontend development guidingteam and working closely with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences.
Very strong hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using ReactJS NextJS (both are mandatory skills)
Lead and mentor a team of UI developers in addition to doing hands-on UI development work
Own frontend architecture performance and best practices
Collaborate closely with UX Product and Backend teams
Ensure pixel-perfect UI accessibility and responsive design
Conduct code reviews and drive quality standards
Strong communication skills required
Please note that selected candidates need to work onsite 5 days a week at our client office located near (Doddanekundi Mahadevapura)- Bangalore.
