We are looking for elite BDMs to step into a plug-and-play role where the volume is high the product is world-class and the commissions are uncapped.

The Done-For-You Sales Environment:

  • Zero Cold Calling: Your day consists of structured Zoom and phone calls with prospects who are waiting to speak with you.
  • $250k OTE & Beyond: We offer a competitive base salary but the real money is in the uncapped commissions monthly accelerators quarterly bonuses and yearly jackpots.

What You Will Do:

  • Close Deals: Take the baton from marketing/SDRs and turn interest into enrollment.
  • Run the Show: Conduct high-energy structured sales calls via Zoom/Phone.
  • Master the Craft: Utilize our proven playbooks and receive direct coaching from industry leaders to sharpen your closing ratio.
  • Earn Big: Hit your targets unlock your bonuses and write your own paycheck.

Who We Need:

  • The Experience: 3 years in high-volume sales (B2B Education Coaching or Investment sales preferred).
  • The Closers Mindset: You dont just chat with prospects; you lead them to a decision.
  • The Tech Savvy: You are comfortable closing face-to-face over Zoom and managing a busy CRM (HubSpot).
  • The Ambition: You arent looking for a job. You are looking for a vehicle to hit your financial goals fast.
